Shipping Options

What happens once my order is placed?

Orders are picked and dispatched within 24hrs of being placed (business days only). If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be picked and dispatched on Monday. Your order is then shipped via Australia Parcel Post for local orders and DHL for international orders. 

 

Where do you ship to?

Australia only. Unfortunately we are not currently shipping internationally.

NEW: ELEVEN Workwear is now available in New Zealand through RSEA Safety. Visit their website www.rsea.co.nz for local delivery. 

 

Is there a fee for shipping?

Australian orders: Free for orders over $150, or $12.50 for all orders under $150.

We reserve the right to contact you regarding shipping rates for extreme bulk orders. 

 

When can I expect delivery?

Australian Addresses

Once Australia Parcel Post collects your item it should arrive to you within 2 – 6 business days.

Our dispatch warehouse is located in Sydney, so delivery times vary, however as a guide;
 
Sydney Metro 2 days
Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide 2-3 days
Brisbane, Tasmania 3-4 days
Other locations 4- 6 days

Can I pick up my order up from a stockist?

Not at this stage.
If you need an item urgently, it’s best to call a stockist and check if they have the item in store, then purchase directly from them. Click here for stockists.
RSEA Safety has 85+ stores nationally and stock most of the ELEVEN Workwear range in store.
